Toronto is among several Canadian cities, most recently Kitchener-Waterloo, where as well as their traditional books and videos public library borrowers can find musical instruments for their playing and learning pleasure. This augments the tool libraries and non-profit carshare organizations that are growing fast as mainstream ownership economics makes less and less sense for more and more.
