Time for a Social Business media voice

Are all enterprises owned and managed by anti-tax neo-liberals? Of course not. And the evidence of the social economy in Toronto and beyond that  social businesses represent a spectrum of voices, including those who wish to sustain the natural environment and respect their workers and customers. But to hear the inevitable proclamations of the business councils invited to comment on economic developments by mainstream media you would get a very different impression. Taxes are bad and anything that reduces profit maximization is anti-business. It's way beyond time for a different more progressive and mature voice of  business. Time for a social business council that recognizes that ultimately what is good for society will be good for enterprise.
