On November 15, one month into the Occupy Toronto movement; the City delivered eviction notices to tents and structures. This was challenged in court and granted an injunction on the Charter rights of free speech and freedom of assembly. On November 18, the City and movement lawyer will make their cases before Judge Brown who will deliver a decision before 6pm on November 19.
