...this is probably only news to me, but Buddies in Bad Times Theatre is now hosting Smack, a late night event the last Thursday of every month, tho this month it's a "Double Down April 28 and 30"...from the recent TX Productions email newsletter:

Smack - It's Hump Day - A Night to Get Down and Dirty

We present an eclectic mix of performances, visuals, and other underground
alternatives. Come play with us in the dark environs of Tallulah's, where magic
and mystique take over your senses. Each night is a different experience unlike
no other, and never to be repeated.

It's a night for creative artsy types, indie scensters, naughty nerds, and
decadent divas. All are welcome to enter our kingdom and be enthralled by our
unique pleasurable pursuits.

Tonight we present a fabulous showcase of rising talent with an array of
mind-numbing performers who will captivate your heart and have your rump a
shakin. Don't miss out!
